This being Tuesday, 2/3/09, I just finished working the Kazim Shrine Circus this past weekend in Roanoke, VA. I had the pleasure of meeting both Mr. & Mrs. Alvarado at the circus, although I didn't know who they were. I knew she was the Ringmaster and I had a tattoo sprayed on my cheek during intermission and spoke with her some. I sat ringside when not selling elephant or pony ride tickets and particularily watched Mr. Alvarado work the rodies. He was so well organized and directed his crew without no wasted motion or inefficiencies. I went to him after the show and told him I had admired his work and that I had enjoyed the show. I had not seen this video prior to the show and didn't know they were married to each other. You must see the George Carden Circus if you get the opportunity. Watch for both of these very hardworking individuals during the show and the intermissions.

We were just at the circus in green Bay Wisconsin. It was wonderful. I have not been to a circus in 20 years. We took the children and they were amazed with the animals and all the entertainers. They did a wonderful job and we would love to see them again.
